We make this process easy for everyone involved. After you place your order, you will receive an automated confirmation.
Your order will be sent to the warehouse for processing and staging for pick up. This part of the process takes about two to 6 days depending on the brand. If the item is out of stock, you will be immediately notified of alternative options, as well as the option to be refunded right away. A tracking number is usually issued within a week and becomes active as soon as the shipment is loaded on to a truck for transportation.
Please note that during busy times, such as during promotional sales, around holidays and after major weather events, lead times will increase. In these cases, we will monitor and track each order and keep you informed of the progress.
Shipping to the continental U.S. is free*, with curbside delivery service. Larger items are shipped to you via LTL. For delivery of these orders, an appointment is necessary. You will be contacted by phone by the freight carrier to requesting to make this appointment as soon as they are ready for delivery. The freight carrier will not deliver without an appointment. All details about what to expect for your delivery will be sent to your order is shipped. Ship times vary upon final destination. The average transit time is about seven days.
Please remember to inspect your items for accuracy and shipping damage no later than 4 days after delivery. Full instructions here: Detailed Instructions for Freight Deliveries. It is important to remember that we will not be able to replace items after the 30 day returning timeframe. This is why it is extremely important that you inspect your delivery, inside and outside of the box for accuracy and undisclosed shipping damage. Any inaccuracy or damage must be reported immediately, or no later than 4 days of delivery.

Returns due to damage: For obvious damages, please refuse the delivery immediately. Minor damage to parts can be replaced by parts sent from us, and does not require the whole unit to be returned. If there is minor damage, please write notes on the Bill of Lading(BOL) that the driver will have you sign. This way we can be reimbursed for damages by the shipping company, and send you replacement parts right away. If the driver does not allow inspection, please write clearly on the Bill of Lading (BOL), “DRIVER UNABLE TO WAIT FOR INSPECTION – POSSIBLE CONCEALED DAMAGE – SUBJECT TO INSPECTION”.
Returns and Cancellations not due to damage: If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 28 days at email@example.com to request an RMA. Please note that there will be a 25% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Orders can be cancelled in 24 hours or anytime before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If the order is refused, your order will be traded as a return. You will be charged return shipping calculated by the freight carrier plus a restocking fee of 25%.
